A balanced and nutritional diet for all our children

Children’s good health is given utmost priority. The food is freshly cooked on the premises and provides an excellent balance of nutrients for children’s dietary requirements.

At Nurture Me we know that discovering and tasting different foods is an important part of a child’s development. Our aim is to provide a balanced and varied diet using home cooked food and fresh fruit and vegetables.

Below we have included a typical weekly menu. If your child has a food intolerance/allergy or any special dietary requirements we will do everything we can to adapt our menus accordingly.

We have a three week menu to ensure variety for the children. The menu offers them a balanced diet with all essentials for healthy growing bodies and bones. We have developed our menus with the assistance of a paediatric nutritionist who meets with us regularly to support the nursery with food choices for the children.
