Terms and Conditions

 

Age of Children

Nurture Me Day Nursery cares for children from the age of six weeks to fourteen years.

Hours of Opening

Nurture Me Day Nursery is open between the hours of: 7.30 a.m. and 6.00 p.m.

Holidays

The nursery is closed for statutory bank holidays, and between Christmas and New Year, re-opening on the first working day of January.

Fees

Fees must be paid in full on the first of each month for that calendar month. Late payment after the 14th day of the month will incur an administration charge of £5.00 per day which will be added to the following month’s invoice. Cheques returned unpaid will incur a charge of £10.00 each time the cheque is returned unpaid. Payment is required for periods of absence, as staff costs must be met and your child’s place held open.

Sickness

There are some instances when your child may not attend Nursery. These are as follows: A doubtful rash, conjunctivitis, diarrhoea or Vomiting. We ask that all parents abide by these rules. It is the only way we in which we can lessen the risk of illness spreading to other children, and it can only be effective if everybody adheres strictly to the rules.

Antibiotics

If your child is prescribed antibiotics, they should not attend Nursery for 24hrs from the first dose. Nursery staff will administer the remainder of the course. Should a child become poorly while at Nursery, every effort will be made to contact parents or their emergency contact.

 

THE MANAGER OR DEPUTY RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REMOVE A CHILD TO HOSPITAL IN AN EMERGENCY.

 

Personal Property and Clothing

All clothing must be appropriate to the prevailing weather conditions.

Reservations

To reserve a place please complete Nurture Me Enrolment forms.  On receipt of the forms, Stay & Play sessions will be arranged

Notice

One month’s notice is required in writing is required should you wish to terminate your child’s place at Nursery or to reduce their hours of attendance.

Departure of the Children from Nursery

A child will only be allowed to leave Nursery with one of the child’s parents, unless other prior arrangements have been made and staffs have been notified who will be collecting the child.

N.B.  The authorised person collecting the child must be an adult.
